Secretary of State, Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia
Vukašin Grozdić was born in Belgrade, where he graduated from the Ninth High School “Mihailo Petrović Alas”, majoring in natural sciences and mathematics. He attended undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, during which he received a scholarship from the Ministry of Education and the “Dositeja” Fund for Young Talents.
After completing his master’s studies, he attended a course for reserve officers of the Serbian Army – infantry, where he obtained the rank of second lieutenant in the reserve. He continued his training at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade, enrolling in doctoral studies where he researched the issue of managing the development of digital literacy in adults.
Since 2016, he has been employed in the Cabinet of the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government, and since 2017, he has been engaged as an advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia on the implementation of projects in the field of digitization, education, science, social entrepreneurship, the labor market and other areas of interest to the President.
