Scientist’s Space – Online Exhibition
The goal of this initiative is to draw public attention to the lives of basic scientists and their research for a general understanding of the contribution of basic science to the SDGs implant. With the main target audiences being adolescents and students at the beginning of planning their careers, a peek into professionals’ lives would help them understand what it’s like to be on the field.
What’s more, this could lead to potential future scientists with global insights, who can also contribute to reaching SDGs. The physicists, chemists, and physiologists who participate in this project are playing key roles in achieving SDGs with their research, such as SDGs #3 good health and well-being, #6 clear water and sanitation, and #7 affordable and clean energy. With this in mind, the students will likely pay attention to the basic science that can commit to SDGs.
