The Seminar continues the series of traditional meetings that was established by Alexander Mikhailovich Baldin.

Among conferences that he organized, of special importance is this series of the International Seminars on High-Energy Physics Problems, that started in 1969 with support of M.A. Markov (1908-1994).

The Seminar programme will consist of review talks and contributions that are planned to be given by the representatives of major experimental collaborations and theoreticians in the field of relativistic nuclear physics.
