World Meeting for Women in Mathematics
This online conference will highlight the scientific contributions of women in mathematics. The four plenary speakers are distinguished women mathematicians: Maryna Viazovska, Natalia Maslova, Mina Aganagic and Eugenia Malinnikova.
During he panel discussion “Girls and Mathematics: reflections and initiatives”, dedicated to the memory of Yulia Zdanovska, six panelists, Luba Konova (Bulgaria), Geetha Venkatrama (India), Fadipe-Joseph Olubunmi Abidemi (Nigeria), Kenneth Fan (USA), Makiko Sasada (Japan) and Laura Gomez (Colombia) will describe the various initiatives they are part of to encourage young women who love mathematics to follow their dreams.
