The theme of this conference is “Meeting friends with the sky – questioning the sky with friends”.

We have invited renowned astronomy professionals to give scientific presentations, and organised exchanges between experienced astronomers on stellar photography.

There will also be a forum on the development of astronomical organisations in the Yangtze River Delta.

In addition, there will be a conference on new astronomical equipment, an exhibition of this equipment, a stellar photography experiment, an auction and a prize-giving ceremony for the fifth astronomical photography competition of the Yangtze River Delta Stellar Conference.

The conference agenda includes topics related to the conservation of darkness and the control of light pollution, the development of science education and other related subjects.

We hope it will raise public awareness of the importance of urban light pollution control and science education.
